Your completed form will be forwarded to the coordinating committee you indicated on the form. Requests will normally be discussed at the next meeting. Committees meet the first week of the month, and Church Council meets on the second Monday of the month. If you need a response sooner, please select “Yes” in the “Expedite Proposal” checkbox.
